Warranty Policy

Our repair work carries a one year warranty. Although we test run all clocks, you may have an occasional problem. Please contact us if you have a problem as it may be something that we can help you resolve over the phone.

Personal Information is considered to be ANY information that can be linked to an individual. This includes name, e-mail address, street or P.O. Box address, phone number, and FAX number. We use the information we collect about you only to process your request.

Disclosure of Collected Information to Outside Parties

We at Arp Clock and Wood Shop want to reassure you that we will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. In short, your personal information will not leave our office. Also we do not store your credit card information on our computer system.
