Shipping Policy

• Free shipping via UPS Ground within US except to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Orders are shipped within 1 week if the item is in stock. If there will be a delay in shipping, we will contact you. The only exception to this policy is when our Internet staff is on vacation.
• In order to provide the best service, we test run all clocks before shipping them.
• We carefully pack your clock at our warehouse and insure it for shipping. Any damage should be reported to the shipper and us immediately. Keep the original carton your clock was packed in.
• You will receive an email message when your clock is shipped giving you the UPS tracking number as well as the estimated date of delivery.

Return policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Clock must be in original condition.
• Clock must be returned in original box.
• You must call for return authorization.
• You must pay return postage and insurance.
• You must return the clock within 30 days of the purchase.
• When we receive the return, we will inspect the clock and issue a refund.
• Returns after 30 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy

Although we test run all clocks, you may have an occasional problem. All clocks have a one year warranty, except cuckoo clocks and Hermle clocks which have a two year warranty. Please contact our Customer Service department at 402-782-2255 for information about warranty service.

Arp Clock and Wood Shop is committed to protecting your privacy. We do this by adopting procedures that specifically protect your Personal Information. Personal Information is considered to be ANY information that can be linked to an individual. This includes name, e-mail address, street or P.O. Box address, phone number, FAX number, and credit card number. We use the information we collect about you only to process your order.

If you pay by credit card, we ask for the billing address and CID of your credit card to allow us to verify your information with the credit card company. We do this for your protection, as well as our protection, against fraud.

Disclosure of Collected Information to Outside Parties

We at Arp Clock and Wood Shop want to reassure you that we will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. In short, your personal information will not leave our office. Also we do not store your credit card information on our computer system.
